Terms of Service
Last updated: April 28, 2026
Gig Unicorn is a platform for musicians to manage gigs, rehearsals, lineups, and public profile pages. By using it, you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them short and plain.
Who can use it
You need to be at least 13 years old. Provide accurate information when you sign up. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure — don’t share your password, and let us know if you think someone has accessed your account.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Gig Unicorn to:
- Harass, threaten, defame, or spam other people
- Post content that’s illegal, infringes copyright, or is fraudulent
- Impersonate someone else or misrepresent who you are
- Try to break, scrape, or overload the service
- Use it for anything that puts other users or us at risk
We can suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service. You can close your account at any time by emailing us.
Your content
You own the content you put into Gig Unicorn (gigs, profile text, photos, contact lists). You give us permission to host and display that content as needed to run the service — including showing your public profile to visitors, if you choose to publish one. We don’t claim ownership of your content and we don’t use it for advertising.
Public content
Anything you publish on a public profile page or public gig page is intentionally visible to anyone with the link. Don’t put anything there you don’t want public.
Service is provided “as is”
We work hard to make Gig Unicorn reliable, but we can’t guarantee it’ll always be available, error-free, or fit a specific purpose. Use it at your own risk. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the past twelve months (which may be zero).
Privacy and SMS
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. SMS messaging has its own SMS Terms.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify active users by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
